Founded by Aaron Atkinson, a licensed plumber with over 24 years on the tools, this company represents a new chapter built on independence, integrity, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

Aaron began his career in 2003 as a service technician, spending over 11 years working directly in homes and businesses solving real plumbing and drainage problems. In 2013, he took the next step and became the owner of a Roto-Rooter franchise serving Hamilton and surrounding areas.

Over the next 13 years, he built and led a team of technicians, handled thousands of service calls, and gained extensive experience in operations, customer service, and team leadership.

After years of operating within a large franchise system, Aaron made the decision to step away and build something better — a fully independent, 100% Canadian-owned company focused on local service, fair pricing, and long-term customer relationships.
